HBA Powerstore Newry Celebrates 14 Years — and a Bold New Refit

As HBA Powerstore marks the 14th anniversary of its Newry branch, the team is celebrating more than a milestone, they’re unveiling the results of a complete refit and modernisation project that underscores their ongoing commitment to excellence in automotive supply.

Located at Greenbank, the newly refurbished premises now features an extended mezzanine floor, all-new shelving, and upgraded store displays throughout. The ambitious 16-week project, managed by ML Contracts of Keady, was completed without disrupting day-to-day operations, a testament to meticulous planning and teamwork.

For HBA, this investment is part of a much longer journey,  one that began 46 years ago on the Darkley Road in Keady. From humble beginnings in April 1979, the company has grown into a leading force in Ireland’s automotive aftermarket, operating across three locations in Counties Armagh and Down and delivering to a dealer network that stretches from Carndonagh, Donegal to Bantry Bay, Cork.
